If you do submit your personal contact information for us to contact you back, then we will only use it to do so. We will only keep your information as long as necessary.

 

As previously mentioned, we have no interest in selling, renting or trading your personal information for marketing purposes.

 - If we contact you back, and you do not want to progress with a service at said time, your information will be deleted within a 48 hours period.

- If we contact you back, but cannot reach you, then we will leave a message. If we have no response within 48 hours, we will delete your information.

- If you do progress with a service with Pest Off, we will safely hold onto your contact information for as long is appropriate and necessary, reviewing on an annually basis. We will follow-up on the service to understand if further work is required or request feedback as to continue to improve our services.
